As the Director of Pinwheel Elementary School, I bring with me a dynamic blend of educational expertise and 15 years of corporate experience in creative design and digital communication. This unique combination allows me to lead with both a structured mindset and an innovative approach, ensuring the school environment is both nurturing and future-ready.
I hold a B.Ed. from Patliputra University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Delhi. Additionally, I’ve completed certifications in Website Development and Computer Applications . My corporate journey has equipped me with valuable skills in visual communication, digital platforms, project management, and content development — all of which now support my role as an educational leader.
I’ve gained valuable practical insights through internships at prestigious International Schools. These experiences deepened my understanding of modern pedagogy, classroom management, and child-centric approaches.
I firmly believe that children learn best through play-based methods. We blend structured academics with joyful learning experiences that encourage critical and logical thinking, creativity, and collaboration.
By adopting diverse teaching approaches and integrating activity-based learning, I strive to create a nurturing environment where every child feels empowered to explore, express, and evolve.

Ms. Kirti Rani
Ms. Kirti Rani – Early Childhood Educator Ms. Kirti Rani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Magadh University and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from Patliputra University. With 3 years of teaching experience and a strong academic background, she has developed valuable expertise in early childhood education, classroom management, and nurturing the holistic development of young learners. She also gained practical classroom exposure through her teaching internships at two prestigious schools in Patna. Passionate about early childhood education, Ms. Kirti believes in making learning meaningful, engaging, and enjoyable through innovative and child-centric teaching methodologies. She effectively incorporates play-based learning, activity-based instruction, storytelling, phonics-based language development, and experiential learning to foster curiosity, strengthen foundational skills, and support children’s early academic growth. Known for her warm, caring, and motherly nature, Ms. Kirti builds strong emotional connections with her students, creating a safe, loving, and encouraging classroom environment where every child feels valued and confident. She focuses on nurturing cognitive abilities, social-emotional development, creativity, and fine and gross motor skills through interactive games, music, art, movement, and hands-on activities. Throughout her teaching journey, she has remained committed to creating an inclusive, stimulating, and supportive learning environment that promotes curiosity, independence, confidence, and a lifelong love for learning. Ms. Kajal is a dedicated early childhood educator with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Patliputra University and a Diploma in ECCEd (Early Childhood Care and Education). With over 5 years of hands-on experience at one of the well-known preschool brands, she has built a strong foundation in guiding and nurturing young learners during their crucial formative years. She believes in creating a joyful, safe, and stimulating learning environment where children thrive through exploration, creativity, and play-based learning. Ms. Kajal uses child-centric teaching methodologies, integrating activity-based learning, phonics-based language development, storytelling, and experiential learning techniques to make lessons engaging and meaningful for preschoolers. Her teaching approach focuses on supporting children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and fine and gross motor skill development through carefully planned classroom activities and interactive play. Ms. Swati Kumari – Early Childhood Educator Swati is a dedicated, caring, and enthusiastic preschool teacher with over 6 years of teaching experience. She is passionate about working with young children and creating a happy, safe, and welcoming environment where every child feels valued, supported, and encouraged to learn. With Nursery Teacher Training from Udyamita Prabandhan Sansthan and currently pursuing her D.El.Ed. from MMHAPU, Swati brings creativity and enthusiasm to the classroom. She uses engaging teaching methods such as storytelling, rhymes, art and craft, and activity-based learning to make education enjoyable, interactive, and meaningful for young learners. Swati believes that every child is unique and deserves individual attention, love, and encouragement. Her goal is to nurture children's confidence, creativity, curiosity, good manners, and social skills while supporting their overall growth and development in a positive and stimulating learning environment.

Ms. Pragati Sinha – Early Childhood Educator Pragati is a dedicated, enthusiastic, and responsible educator with a diverse academic background and a passion for creating a positive and engaging learning environment. She completed her matriculation from Leeds Asian School, Patna. She holds a degree in BBA (Hospital Management) from West Bengal University. She has also completed a course in Early Childhood Education, which has enhanced her understanding of child psychology, children's learning patterns, and their developmental needs. With her educational background and knowledge of early childhood development, Pragati believes in creating a positive, engaging, and child-friendly learning environment. She emphasizes interactive and activity-based learning methods that encourage curiosity, creativity, communication, and independent thinking while considering each child's individual needs and abilities. Pragati believes that every child is unique and deserves patience, care, and encouragement to reach their full potential. She strives to nurture children's confidence, emotional well-being, social skills, and good habits while laying a strong foundation for lifelong learning. Her goal is to make every child's learning journey joyful, meaningful, and enriching.

Khusboo Kumari is a dedicated, caring, and enthusiastic educator who is passionate about working with young children and supporting their early development. She completed her schooling under the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) and graduated from Patna University. She is currently pursuing her Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) course to enhance her knowledge of child development and effective teaching practices. Khusboo believes in creating a joyful, safe, and engaging learning environment where children feel confident, valued, and encouraged to explore their abilities. She aims to make learning enjoyable through interactive activities, creativity, and positive encouragement. With a strong interest in early childhood education, Khusboo aspires to nurture children's curiosity, confidence, creativity, and social skills while helping them build a strong foundation for lifelong learning.

Mr. Shubham Gupta
Mr. Shubham Gupta is a passionate and energetic dance instructor with over 3 years of experience in teaching different styles of dance. He has worked as a freelance dance teacher with several well-known preschool brands, gaining valuable experience in teaching dance to young children. A trained dancer in Bollywood and Freestyle dance, Mr. Shubham is known for designing child-appropriate choreography and simple, easily learnable dance techniques that make learning enjoyable and accessible for preschoolers. His teaching approach focuses on rhythm, coordination, body movement, and confidence building through fun and engaging dance sessions. Children thoroughly enjoy their time with him, as his energetic and friendly personality creates a joyful atmosphere in every class. He loves making children dance and express themselves freely, encouraging them to move with confidence while developing their motor skills, sense of rhythm, and love for dance.

Mr. Sanjay Kumar
Mr. Sanjay is an experienced Physical Training (PT) and Martial Arts instructor with over 10 years of experience in the field of physical education and child fitness training. He holds a B.P.Ed. (Bachelor of Physical Education) degree from Patliputra University, which has provided him with strong professional knowledge of sports education and physical development. He has been associated with several schools as a freelance martial arts teacher, where he has trained students in discipline, strength, and physical coordination. Mr. Sanjay is skilled in Taekwondo, basic gymnastics, and various gross motor skill development exercises designed especially for young learners. His training sessions focus on improving balance, flexibility, stamina, coordination, and overall physical fitness in children. He strongly believes in promoting discipline, confidence, teamwork, and an active lifestyle through structured physical activities and martial arts techniques. With his energetic and motivating teaching style, Mr. Sanjay creates a positive and engaging environment where children enjoy participating in physical training while developing strong motor skills, body control, and healthy habits from an early age.
