As the Director of Pinwheel Elementary School, I bring with me a dynamic blend of educational expertise and 15 years of corporate experience in creative design and digital communication. This unique combination allows me to lead with both a structured mindset and an innovative approach, ensuring the school environment is both nurturing and future-ready.
I hold a B.Ed. from Patliputra University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Delhi. Additionally, I’ve completed certifications in Website Development and Computer Applications . My corporate journey has equipped me with valuable skills in visual communication, digital platforms, project management, and content development — all of which now support my role as an educational leader.
I’ve gained valuable practical insights through internships at prestigious International Schools. These experiences deepened my understanding of modern pedagogy, classroom management, and child-centric approaches.
I firmly believe that children learn best through play-based methods. We blend structured academics with joyful learning experiences that encourage critical and logical thinking, creativity, and collaboration.

Jaya Kiran is a seasoned educator with over 20 years of dedicated experience in the field of teaching. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Magadh University and has completed her Nursery Teacher Training Course from RGSM Society, New Delhi. Throughout her career, she has been associated with some of the most prestigious educational institutions in Kolkata and Patna, where she has consistently contributed to the academic and emotional development of young learners.
Known for her nurturing nature, patience, and deep understanding of child psychology, Jaya Kiran creates a positive and engaging learning environment where children thrive. Her teaching approach blends traditional values with innovative methods, encouraging curiosity, creativity, and confidence among her students. With a strong belief in laying a solid foundation during the early years, she continues to inspire young minds and support families through her compassionate and effective teaching style.

Ms. Sushma is a dedicated preschool teacher with over 7 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. She holds a Diploma in ECCEd (Early Childhood Care and Education) and is currently pursuing her B.Ed. Her strong academic background and practical experience enable her to effectively support the holistic development of young learners. She is known for her caring and nurturing nature, which helps children feel safe, loved, and confident in the classroom. Ms. Sushma uses child-centric and play-based learning methodologies to make learning engaging and meaningful for preschoolers. She is skilled in activity-based learning, experiential teaching methods, and classroom management strategies suitable for early learners. Ms. Kirti Rani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Magadh University and a B.Ed. from Patliputra University. She completed her teaching internship at two prestigious schools in Patna, where she gained valuable classroom exposure and practical teaching experience. With her strong academic background and passion for early childhood education, Ms. Kirti adopts innovative and child-centric teaching methodologies to make learning meaningful and enjoyable for young learners. She effectively uses play-based learning, activity-based instruction, storytelling, phonics-based language development, and experiential learning techniques to engage children and support their early academic growth. Known for her warm, nurturing, and motherly nature, she builds a strong emotional connection with her students, helping them feel safe, valued, and confident in the classroom. She focuses on developing children’s cognitive abilities, social-emotional skills, creativity, and fine and gross motor development through interactive activities, games, music, and creative expression. Ms. Kajal uses child-centric teaching methodologies, integrating activity-based learning, phonics-based language development, storytelling, and experiential learning techniques to make lessons engaging and meaningful for preschoolers. Mr. Shubham Gupta is a passionate and energetic dance instructor with over 3 years of experience in teaching different styles of dance. He has worked as a freelance dance teacher with several well-known preschool brands, gaining valuable experience in teaching dance to young children. A trained dancer in Bollywood and Freestyle dance, Mr. Shubham is known for designing child-appropriate choreography and simple, easily learnable dance techniques that make learning enjoyable and accessible for preschoolers. His teaching approach focuses on rhythm, coordination, body movement, and confidence building through fun and engaging dance sessions. Children thoroughly enjoy their time with him, as his energetic and friendly personality creates a joyful atmosphere in every class. He loves making children dance and express themselves freely, encouraging them to move with confidence while developing their motor skills, sense of rhythm, and love for dance.

Mr. Sanjay Kumar
Mr. Sanjay is an experienced Physical Training (PT) and Martial Arts instructor with over 10 years of experience in the field of physical education and child fitness training. He holds a B.P.Ed. (Bachelor of Physical Education) degree from Patliputra University, which has provided him with strong professional knowledge of sports education and physical development. He has been associated with several schools as a freelance martial arts teacher, where he has trained students in discipline, strength, and physical coordination. Mr. Sanjay is skilled in Taekwondo, basic gymnastics, and various gross motor skill development exercises designed especially for young learners. His training sessions focus on improving balance, flexibility, stamina, coordination, and overall physical fitness in children. He strongly believes in promoting discipline, confidence, teamwork, and an active lifestyle through structured physical activities and martial arts techniques. With his energetic and motivating teaching style, Mr. Sanjay creates a positive and engaging environment where children enjoy participating in physical training while developing strong motor skills, body control, and healthy habits from an early age.
